Shalamar Blakely

Shalamar Blakely is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey African-Amercian Chamber of Commerce. She worked in corporate America before moving into non-profit organizations. She is working on focusing the efforts of the Chamber to stimulate a new wave of Black businesses in order to make new opportunities for Black people in Philadelphia and the region.
